Sunset Boulevardier is a craft-driven consulting and experientially driven beverage company in Los Angeles.


Founders Sabrina Minks and Danielle Motor have consulted on cocktail menus and have done staff trainings with Proper Hospitality (including DTLA Proper Hotel, Santa Monica Proper Hotel, Chi Chis, Melvyn's and Avalalon Hotel), Chateau Marmont Hotel, The Hungry Cat, Petit Trois and more.


They have taught immersive classes in person and online. In addition to classes, SB offers coinciding cocktail, whisk(e)y & tequila kits. Regularly conducting team building experiences for corporate teams at Dell, First National Bank, Stanford University, Capital Bank, Microsoft and more. Kits and classes are also available to non-commercial clients and can be customized to stay on theme for a personal touch to any event or party. Sunset Boulevardier offers in person events creating specialty cocktail menus designed for each event. SB has created thematic cocktails for a variety of brand activations, celebrities, premiers and specializes in creating drinks that draw from the theme of the event and is partnered with several experiential events agencies in Los Angeles and beyond.

Additionally, Sunset Boulevardier works with luxury spirits brands. Current partnerships include Tequila Komos and Sweet Gwendoline French Gin, offering spirits education, sales and programming in the on and off premise, brand activations and trade and consumer facing ad-hoc events nationally and globally.

Sunset Boulevardier is releasing a natural wine with Amy Atwood Selections in collaboration with renowned sommelier Coly Den Haan and Dita Von Teese  to be launched in 2023.
